No thyroid, not diabetic but not healthy. Due to shoulder and knee and wrist injury many strengths training are out. I use thrive and love it for energy and nutrition, wont live without it, personally have not maintained weight loss. I dont want another product. Just think i know so many who maybe together we can really come up with enough evidenced based information to make a plan that will work.
